We work with LEED certified, Green Point Rated and standard residential construction. Our designs and construction focus on Low Impact Developement, water conservation and healthy living. While having creative outdoor spaces that implement all aspects of sustainability, from plants to patios and cisterns.
Stout Design-Build has been renovating and building new homes in Los Angeles area since 2006 and we pride ourselves on attention to details, timely and on budget completion.
